Technical parameters and characteristics
1.Independent work unit. The system is equipped with jacketed insulation buffer tank, ozone generator, ultraviolet germicidal lamp and pneumatic filling valve, making the filling process simple and convenient, allowing continuous filling through pedal switch. Built-in optional single-head capping machine for small batch production of samples.
2.Filling indoor air purification reaches the level of 100.
3.Built-in SIP board chunks, can automatically carry out the entire test line CIP and SIP.
4.The equipment is equipped with air purification system composed of filling overflow slot, high-speed fan, filter and ozone generator. While in operation, the external air is pre-filtered through the primary, then sent into the high efficiency filter by the fan, achieving high clarity (100) in the operating area, and finally sterilized by the UV lamp and ozone generator, simulating industrial production and filling.
